The mission of the W.I.N. Talent Identification is to support the growth of youth soccer players and present opportunity to grow within a supplemental program which reflects their club performances.

The Process
USSSA W.I.N. and NCSL staff will begin its identification process for players in 2022/23 season by using coach recommendations. This pathway is for dedicated competitive players and designed to help higher levels of talent development. The environment offers advanced coaching sessions, competition and a supportive platform for growth.
